These last few months I’ve been hosting monthly book clubs with my mentoring group. Over the last two weeks this specific book has been popping up in conversations and mentioned as a possible book club book within the community. A few nights ago it literally fell off the bookshelf as I was looking for September’s book club book. I figured I better start listening!
Growing Children, Thriving Children is a book that I often find myself recommending. It so clearly illustrates this phase of child development and the important for parents to maintain and build connection to support their children through this time.
The book is filled with nuggets of inspiration, clear guidance and so many resources. Each week I will also be adding to the list with my own experiences and resources that I used to support both my children through this phase.
